Once we're aligned, you'll sign the contract and submit your deposit to secure your date. It's official—we're in this together!
3. Plan the Details
We'll schedule one or more calls (~2-6 weeks before your wedding) to meticulously review every detail—from your timeline to ceremony flow, vendor coordination, and setup/takedown. No detail is too small!
4. Execution Day
The big day is here! I'll be on-site, ensuring every plan is executed flawlessly, so you can relax and enjoy. From start to finish, I'm here to bring your vision to life.

Due to my venue having a coordinator itself, Faith was adaptable to work around what I would truly need her for or not. Once we got down her duties and expectations, she was easy to work with the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. Faith was always flexible with meeting times and easy to communicate with.
Faith guided everyone with such ease and precision for the processional—making sure each person walked at the right moment. I had curtains that needed to be closed and pulled open for my grand entrance, Faith managed it well even considering there was a significant amount of wind!
She worked efficiently at the end of the night to help my family and family friends to pack up all the decorations and flowers.
