During our final planning call, we’ll walk through the full picture—from vendor arrival times and decor placement to ceremony logistics and anything in between. When the big day arrives, everyone knows exactly where they need to be ensuring your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
On the wedding day, I’m the first to arrive and the last to leave. I oversee setup, manage transitions, and keep your timeline on track. I become the go-to person for your vendors, family, and wedding party so you can stay in the moment and fully enjoy your day. From placing your personal decor to cueing your ceremony processional, my job is to ensure everything unfolds perfectly behind the scenes.

While a vendor coordinator typically only manages vendor arrival and setup, I handle the full flow of your day—from timeline management and problem-solving to being the central point of contact for everyone involved. I’m here to anticipate challenges before they arise and keep everything running seamlessly, not just manage vendor deliveries.
